Précis™ is a relatively new instrument we have developed to measure employee engagement.
And it has become our most popular survey instrument. It can be used by any organisation but we feel it will be particularly attractive to SMEs and those less concerned with the more sophisticated Human Resource policies and processes which are a feature in large organisations.
We use exactly the same definition, criteria, and questions to assess engagement as in the highly successful Q4 Profiler™, but we have recast the questions into six Dimensions which represent the key drivers of engagement: Purpose; Autonomy; Involvement; Development; Recognition; Environment.
